Terms and Conditions

In order to create the perfect environment and to be considerate to all our clients, the following guidelines are intended to ensure your visit runs smoothly. Cloud 9 Spa reserves the right to deny entry or ask any guest to leave should we deem behaviour to be inappropriate.

APPOINTMENTS

To ensure you can fully enjoy your spa experience and in consideration for other guests, please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time. On arrival, we ask you to complete our consultation form and relax before your treatment. We reserve the right to alter your treatment time on the day if necessary, however, we will endeavour to inform you of any changes prior to your arrival. All treatment times and spa treatments are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking for all individual spa treatments and spa day packages. For residential spa breaks, a £25 per person non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required along with credit card details to confirm your booking. Final balances are to be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION

Should you need to cancel or amend an appointment, we request 48 hours’ notice for single spa treatments and 72 hours’ notice for spa packages and multiple treatments. For group bookings of 6 or more guests, 7 days’ notice is required.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive in plenty of time to relax and enjoy the experience. If you are running late, every effort will be made to honour your treatment time, but this may not always be possible. Charges may apply.

MOBILE PHONES

Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode at all times within the spa Guests are encouraged to limit phone usage to preserve a tranquil atmosphere.

PREGNANCY ADVICE

Please note that we do not offer any treatments for ladies who are 1 to 12 weeks pregnant. From 12-38 weeks we offer a range of specially created treatments suitable for pregnancy. We do not recommend the use of any heat facilities or hydrotherapy facilities within the health club.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Cloud 9 Spa is an adult-orientated environment, therefore we are not able to accept spa appointments for children under the age of 16 years. Restricted spa treatments and available for those between the age of 16 and 17.

CASHLESS POLICY

Please note we are a cashless hotel.

CHANGING ROOMS

Lockers are available — we kindly ask that you bring your own padlock, or padlocks are available to buy for £5.

WATER AEROBICS CLASS

Please be advised that we run a water aerobics class every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30am to 11:30am. During this time, the pool area is likely to be near full capacity and can be quite noisy.

Changing rooms and poolside areas may also be busier than usual shortly before and after the class.

GIFT VOUCHERS

A Cloud 9 Spa gift voucher makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion. Our gift vouchers are available to purchase online and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
